NTUC LearningHub – National UX Capability Building
HFI delivered the programs end-to-end—from curriculum development and instructional design to training delivery, mentoring, assessments, and learner support. Every course emphasized practical application through hands-on projects while ensuring alignment with national workforce standards and funding requirements. The partnership also expanded into sector-specific programs, including banking and financial services.
Problem:
As part of Singapore's SkillsFuture initiative, NTUC LearningHub sought a strategic partner to develop nationally aligned UX training programs that would equip professionals with job-ready capabilities. The challenge extended beyond course delivery—it required curriculum design, funding alignment, competency mapping, and scalable learning pathways tied directly to workforce needs.
Approach:
HFI partnered with NTUC LearningHub from the earliest discovery phase, identifying funding opportunities, mapping courses to Singapore's National Occupational Skills framework, and designing curricula aligned to specific job roles. Together, the organizations built immersive learning pathways ranging from intensive three-day programs to six-month professional tracks incorporating assignments, mentoring, portfolio development, and capstone projects.
